Randi Norfleet is a visionary leader, community builder, and the force behind Entrepreneurs on the GO!, a culture-forward organization dedicated to equipping emerging entrepreneurs—especially from historically excluded communities—with the tools to thrive.

Born and raised at the intersection of the South Bronx and Harlem, Randi’s journey is rooted in firsthand experience. Growing up in neighborhoods that were rich in culture but often overlooked in opportunity gave her a deep understanding of what it means to build with limited resources—and the power of resilience, creativity, and community.

Education has always been a driving force in her life. A proud product of NYC public schools, Randi went on to earn a BA in Communications with a minor in English from the University at Albany. She deepened her leadership and civic engagement skills as a CORO Fellow, later adding a marketing certificate from The Wharton School and a Six Sigma Green Belt to her toolkit—proof that lifelong learning is a non-negotiable in her world.

Professionally, Randi brings over 20 years of experience across industries like pharmaceuticals, global logistics, and nonprofit leadership. She’s worn many hats—CEO, publicist, strategist, and advisor—and served an Executive Principal to renowned business icon Dr. George C. Fraser. Her work across sectors reflects a passion for creating impact, designing systems, and elevating voices that matter.

Through Entrepreneurs on the GO!, Randi is doing more than teaching business—she’s building a movement. The program blends culture, community, and entrepreneurship to close the resource gap for new founders and ensure that access isn’t a privilege—it’s a standard.

At her core, Randi is committed to one mission: helping people turn their dreams into sustainable businesses. And she’s just getting started.
